Job summary

You will train new team members, lead engaging team huddles, and coach staff to maintain operational standards. Flexibility for shifts incl. weekends is required; high school diploma and prior supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.

• Open to all shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Review inventory for efficient ordering.
• Implement cost controls and adjust planning as needed.
• Oversee onboarding for new hires.
