Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop Servant Leaders and put people and restaurant first.
• Create memorable experiences for guests.
• Maintain balance between guest/employee experience and financial goals.
• Welcomes new team members and provides training.
• Lead team huddles and motivate the team.
• Ensure ongoing training and coaching for team members.
• Build shift supervisor capability and prepare for next level
• Monitors speed of service and guest expectations
• Ensure restaurant is welcoming and clean
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are delivered
• Collaborate with GM to improve guest metrics and actions
• Review sales and scheduling to meet QSC standards
• Manage cash handling, HACCP logs, and daily numbers
• Review inventory and costs; adjust orders as needed
• Monitor staffing levels and onboarding for new hires
• Implement action plans addressing employee needs
