• Review sales and scheduling for QSC targets.
• Ensure accuracy of daily numbers and cash handling.
• Review inventory to inform product orders.
• Evaluate and implement cost controls.
• Monitor people charts and production planning.
• Create and monitor schedules and onboarding for new hires.
• Implement action plans to address employee needs and operational assessments.
