Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience.
• Excellent guest service skills required.

• Coaching: train, observe, give feedback and celebrate.
• Monitor speed of service to meet guest expectations.
• Ensure the restaurant is welcoming and clean.
• Ensure product quality and operations standards are met.
• Partner with GM to improve guest metrics with action plans.
• Review sales and scheduling to maintain QSC.
• Ensure daily numbers, cash handling and HACCP logs accuracy.
• Review inventory for costs and orders.
• Evaluate costs and implement controls.
• Monitor staffing and adjust production planning.
• Create and monitor schedules and onboarding for new hires.
• Address employee needs and Operational Assessments.
