Job summary

Shake Shack in Baltimore is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and coach a high-performing team in a fast-paced setting.

You will oversee staff training, ensure sanitation standards, manage cost controls, and promote the Shack brand through local events and community outreach. This full-time role offers growth opportunities and a collaborative environment within a growing hospitality brand.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Aptitude for leading, coaching, and driving excellence at every level.
• Understanding of financial aspects of business operations.
• Food handler certification, preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure superior service and guest satisfaction.
• Train team members on all aspects of Shack operations.
• Motivate and manage team members to provide highest level of hospitality.
• Demonstrate leadership with a focus on coaching and achieving excellence.
• Develop and implement plan to promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
