Job summary

Shake Shack in Cedar Park, TX is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a fast-paced, people‑first team. You will coach staff, manage operations, control costs, and drive sales while upholding the brand’s hospitality standards.

You’ll ensure health and safety compliance, train new managers, schedule payroll, and promote the Shack brand in the local community through events and outreach. This role offers growth and a collaborative culture as part of the ShackFam.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in high‑volume environments.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including personnel management, food planning, purchasing and health codes.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations and lead a team.
• Strong leadership with focus on coaching and excellence.
• Knowledge of financial aspects and P&L responsibilities (3+ years).
• Food handler certification preferred and willingness to work flexible hours.
