You will oversee budgeting, inventory, safety standards, and profitability while promoting brand initiatives and local community engagement. The role requires a strong focus on hospitality, leadership, and people development within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management experience in a high volume, fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to learn and train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated ability to champion hospitality and motivate team members.
• Strong leadership with coaching focus and excellence.
