Job summary

Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume operation with a strong focus on hospitality and team development. You will coach staff, manage inventory, ensure safety standards, and drive financial performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, payroll, scheduling, and promoting the brand in the local community through events, while maintaining Shack standards and guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Restaurant General Management in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of personnel management, food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation and health codes, and security.
• Ability to train others on Shack operations.
• Demonstrated hospitality mindset and leadership to coach teams.
• Knowledge of all financial aspects of business operations; 3+ years of P&L responsibilities.
• Food handler certification preferred.
• Willingness to work flexible hours.
