Job summary

Cardiac Solutions in Peoria, AZ is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to drive new hire orientation, onboarding, and employee support at our Peoria Office. You will serve as the first HR contact for new hires and help integrate them into a welcoming, compliant workplace.

The role focuses on one-on-one orientations, benefits guidance, and HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle, with collaboration across departments to foster a positive culture.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of Human Resources experience required.
• Healthcare/medical office or physician practice experience preferred.
• HRIS experience and benefits administration knowledge a plus.
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one new hire orientations for employees and students.
• Serve as first point of contact for new team members and onboarding.
• Guide new hires through policies, benefits, expectations, and compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding schedules and training activities.
• Provide HR guidance and excellent customer service throughout employment lifecycle.
• Post job openings and assist with candidate screening.
• Support hiring managers during recruitment.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for seamless transitions.
• Assist with benefits enrollments and record maintenance.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Monitor training and compliance requirements.
• Conduct HR file audits and regulatory compliance.
