Qualifikationen

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in HR management or related field.
• 3+ years in employee relations / HR.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong time-management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Outstanding interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license and insurance.

Aufgaben

• Recruitment and onboarding: conduct interviews, onboarding, and documentation; assist with benefits enrollment.
• Administer HR programs related to compensation, benefits, leave of absence, performance management, and safety.
• Respond to employment inquiries from applicants and employees; collaborate with management on sensitive issues.
• Participate in employee disciplinary meetings, investigations, and terminations per policy.
• Coordinate CPR/First Aid training: scheduling, tracking, invoicing.
• Maintain records of licenses, certifications and health tests; notify expirations.
• Perform background checks and reference verifications for new hires.
• Maintain confidential employee files and ensure compliance.
• Stay informed on HR trends, laws, and best practices.
