Job summary

Neighborcare Health is seeking a Senior Human Resources Generalist to administer HR policies, advocate for employees, and balance business needs. You will guide management on employment law, promote equity, and develop programs aligned with Neighborcare Health’s Core Values and Service Commitments.

The role includes handling complex employee relations, overseeing leave programs, and supporting compensation processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 7 years’ progressively responsible HR experience.
• Ability to utilize HRIS, reporting tools, and data analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Handle advanced employee and labor relations, policy interpretation, and coaching for leaders on performance issues.
• Ensure fair, consistent policy administration and conduct complex investigations.
• Coordinate Leave of Absence programs and accommodations in compliance with laws.
• Support salary administration, market reviews, and merit/incentive programs.
• Deliver HR trainings on benefits, policies, and anti-harassment measures.
• Plan long-term HR needs with business leadership and communicate policy changes.
• Provide payroll support and maintain HRIS data accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal employment laws.
