Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee Loveland is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run daily store operations and support the General Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will lead by example, coach the team, and ensure standards across service, quality, and safety.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and a growth-oriented store culture, with focus on training, teamwork, and maintaining brand integrity during peak hours.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop, café, or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality standards, and service fundamentals.
• Able to lead by example, give and receive feedback, and step into any role as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and initiative without supervision.
• Completion of required training modules and understanding of brand values.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support new hire onboarding, hands-on training, and continual team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience and team well-being.
• Communicate consistently with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Execute administrative duties including ordering inventory, deposits, and entering invoices.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and serve as a reliable decision-maker on shift.
