Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager to proactively support our General Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will help manage daily operations, coach team members, and uphold brand standards with a positive, growth-oriented store culture.

The role emphasizes leadership by example, clear communication, and initiative in a fast-paced coffee shop environment, ensuring staff development and smooth service.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a fast-paced setting (Ziggi’s preferred).
• Strong knowledge of daily store operations and drink quality standards.
• Able to lead by example, give and receive feedback, and adapt as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and run day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment for guests and staff.
• Communicate clearly with GM, owners, and team members on shift.
• Assist with inventory ordering, deposits, and invoice processing.
