Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking a hands-on General Manager who leads every shift with energy and accountability. You will oversee store operations, set the tone for culture, and ensure a welcoming space for customers and teammates while delivering consistent, high-quality service.

As a brand ambassador, you will coach and develop staff, manage schedules and labor goals, monitor inventory and food safety, and partner with owners to drive guest satisfaction and store growth.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of leadership experience in coffee shop or similar hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of coffee service operations and guest experience standards.
• Proven success in coaching and developing teams.
• Experience managing labor goals, scheduling, and inventory.
• Excellent communication under pressure.
• Passionate about creating a positive team culture and growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
• Provide clear, ongoing feedback to team members to promote growth, accountability, and performance.
• Interview, onboard, and train new staff in alignment with company values and standards.
• Write and maintain employee schedules while managing labor goals and shift coverage needs.
• Oversee inventory levels, ordering, and waste reduction practices.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards.
• Drive team performance by reviewing guest feedback, quality audits, and service metrics.
• Communicate effectively with owners, leadership, and staff to ensure alignment and clarity.
