Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager in Colorado to join a guest-focused leadership team. You will support the General Manager in running daily operations, training staff, and maintaining a positive store culture centered on exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 3–6 months leadership in a cafe setting, strong communication, reliability, and a proactive approach to team development. This is a full-time on-site role that emphasizes service excellence and brand values.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months of leadership experience in a coffee shop, café, or similar fast-paced setting.
• Strong grasp of daily store operations, drink quality, and service fundamentals.
• Ability to lead by example, give/receive feedback, and fill in any role as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and ability to take initiative without supervision.
• Completion of required training modules and understanding of brand values.

Responsabilités

• Partner with the General Manager to lead the team and maintain day-to-day operations.
• Support onboarding, hands-on training, and ongoing team development.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment prioritizing guest experience and team well-being.
• Communicate clearly with the General Manager, store owners, and team members.
• Handle administrative duties including inventory ordering, deposits, and invoices.
• Uphold health, safety, and cleanliness standards across the store.
• Step into leadership during GM absences and act as on-shift decision-maker.

Position Summary:

The Assistant Manager is a proactive, guest-focused leader who helps create an exceptional experience for both customers and team members. The Assistant Manager leads by example —balancing accountability, teamwork, and a passion for coffee and people.

Key Qualifications:
