Job summary

Citizens Bank is seeking a customer-focused professional at a Citizens Bank branch in New Jersey. You’ll help customers with financial decisions, advise on saving, borrowing and investing, and promote digital banking through our app and ATMs.

You’ll work with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for more complex needs, while making outbound calls to grow the customer base. Flexibility in hours includes weekends/evenings.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success building relationships and cross-selling products and services.
• Ability to use digital technology to support business goals.
• Self-motivated, confident and able to multitask.
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends/evenings.
• Must meet SAFE Act requirements and complete pre-employment checks.
• Video interview after applying within 7 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with financial solutions and advice.
• Provide tailored recommendations for saving, borrowing and investing.
• Introduce digital and mobile banking solutions and app usage.
• Collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs.
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule checkups.
• Follow all financial policies and cash handling procedures.
