Citizens Bank is hiring friendly, client‑focused individuals to help customers achieve their financial goals. You will advise on spending, saving, borrowing and investing options, and guide clients through digital banking tools.

In this on‑site role in New Jersey, you’ll build lasting relationships, process transactions in compliance with policies, and collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking partners to tailor solutions.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of sales and customer service experience.
• Ability to ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship.
• Proven success building relationships and referring products via in-person and phone interactions.
• Experience using digital technology to support business goals.
• Multitasking ability and willingness to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Meet SAFE Act requirements and complete pre-employment checks.

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions.
• Acquire new customers via outbound calls and schedule financial checkups.
