Job summary

Citizens Bank in Mount Laurel Township, NJ is seeking a friendly, outgoing Citizens Bankers who will build lasting relationships with customers and provide trusted financial advice. You will help customers with spending, saving, borrowing, and investing while guiding them to digital banking options via app and ATMs.

You will collaborate with Wealth Management, Mortgage and Business Banking to address more complex needs and will make outbound calls to grow the customer base and schedule financial

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales and customer service experience
• Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs to improve the customer relationship
• Demonstrated skills in using digital technology to support business goals
• Meet and comply with SAFE Act requirements including pre-employment checks

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations and assist customers with financial solutions (spending, saving, borrowing, investing)
• Offer trusted advice and build lasting relationships with customers
• Introduce digital/mobile banking, app and ATM usage and collaborate with Wealth Mgmt, Mortgage and Business Banking for complex needs
• Make outbound calls to acquire new customers and schedule financial checkups
