Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• Strong customer focus and ability to coach and develop a team.
• Ability to analyze business and drive KPIs with the team.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to meet service standards and omnichannel expectations.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and development of store team.
• Plan, track, and report tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Collaborate on merchandising standards, promotions, and product placement.
• Support loss prevention through consistent customer service and operational controls.
