This role partners with the Store Manager to recruit, analyze KPIs, manage merchandising, and drive results. We value warm communication, flexibility, and a solutions‑oriented mindset; a high school diploma and 1 year of retail management

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or related management experience.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Proficient computer and technology skills including Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Execute workforce management to ensure a genuine customer focus on the sales floor.
• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with our product styles, features and benefits.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment for employees and customers.
• Coach others to success while modeling service standards and omnichannel experience.
• Analyze the business and communicate KPIs with the team to drive results.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing the store team.
