• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product guidance.
• Foster an inclusive, safe environment for staff and customers.
• Model service standards and omnichannel experience, coaching others.
• Analyze business and drive KPIs with the team to improve results.
• Build customer loyalty through loyalty programs and credit assistance.
• Assist Store Manager with recruiting, training, and development.
• Plan and report tasks and financial results using company tools.
• Partner with Store Manager on merchandising standards and promotions.
• Help reduce loss through service and operational controls.
