Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old and have 2+ years of management experience in a restaurant or retail environment.
• You meet Food Safety requirements and can obtain a Food Safety Certification.
• You possess strong communication, scheduling, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop Potbelly Associates and Shift Leaders.
• Effectively interview and hire Associates, Certified Trainers and Shift Leaders.
• Develop and maintain a Good Vibes culture to attract and retain talent.
• Schedule Associates, Certified Trainers and Shift Leaders.
• Manage cash handling, security procedures, and daily operations.
• Drive local marketing and promotions to maximize sales and recruiting.
• Assist General Manager with cost control, variances and inventories.
