Potbelly Sandwich Works is seeking an Assistant Manager to co-lead the shop and foster a friendly, fast-paced environment. You will help with scheduling, training, and team development while ensuring high standards of service and food safety.

The position offers a $50,000-$55,000 base salary plus bonus potential, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for career growth. At least 2 years of management experience in food service or retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in restaurant or retail preferred.
• Food safety certification required after employment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage labor goals.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Interview and hire associates and trainers.
• Schedule staff and maintain labor costs.
