Potbelly Sandwich Works in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to co-lead the shop with a focus on people, performance, and guest experience.

Offer includes a $50,000–$55,000 base salary with bonus potential based on location and qualifications, plus comprehensive benefits. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, ensure food safety, and drive sales growth in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• You must meet all Food Safety requirements within your state and obtain a Food Safety Certification.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop Associates and Shift Leaders.
• Interview and hire Associates, Certified Trainers and Shift Leaders.
• Schedule staff and manage labor goals to meet shop needs.
• Drive in-shop marketing and promotions to maximize sales potential.
• Assist GM with cost control of goods, variances and inventories.
