Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in restaurant or retail.
• Pass and maintain Food Safety Certification per state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop Potbelly Associates and Shift Leaders.
• Interview and recommend hiring of Associates and Leaders.
• Maintain a Good Vibes culture to attract and retain talent.
