Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience in restaurant or retail.
• Must pass Food Safety Certification and maintain certification.
• Friendly, customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to write schedules and maintain labor targets.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking.
• Experience in bustling kitchen environments; knife skills a plus.
• Knowledge of allergen handling for peanut, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish.
• Strong interviewing skills.
• Open availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach associates and shift leaders.
• Interview and recommend hires for associates and trainers.
• Foster a Good Vibes culture to attract and retain talent.
• Schedule associates, trainers and shift leaders.
• Update shop communication boards with critical information.
• Attend regular meetings and uphold security procedures.
• Maintain back-of-house procedural standards and cash handling.
• Support marketing and promotions to maximize sales and recruiting.
