Job summary

Anchorage Digital is seeking a People Experience professional to own onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility workflows across HRIS, payroll, and benefits. You will manage immigration case logistics and coordinate with outside counsel as needed, while partnering with Infrastructure, Analytics, and AI teams to test automation in our regulated environment.

The role requires 5+ years of HR experience, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR or People Generalist experience, preferably in startups or high-growth environments.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms (Dayforce, Workday, or similar).
• Experience partnering with technical or data teams on process automation or workflow tooling.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workflows simultaneously.
• Clear communication skills with ownership and a process-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility workflows day to day across HRIS, payroll, and benefits.
• Manage immigration case logistics and lifecycle from intake to resolution, coordinating with outside counsel as needed.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Analytics, & AI teams to identify automation opportunities and test new tools.
• Define priorities, manage moderately complex casework and projects, and enable smooth handoffs across teams.
