Fireworks AI is seeking a hands-on People Operations Specialist to keep our day-to-day people operations running smoothly. You will work with HRBP, People Ops, Recruiting, and Immigration to ensure smooth onboarding, accurate data, and prompt employee answers.

This early-career-friendly role offers breadth across HRIS, onboarding, contractor operations, immigration support, documentation, and recognition, with real ownership in each area as our team grows.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage day-to-day HR operations across multiple workstreams.
• Strong project management and attention to detail in a fast-growing company.
• Experience with HRIS data integrity and onboarding processes.
• Experience supporting immigration cases (H-1B, TN, O-1, green cards, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and discretion handling confidential info.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and audit HRIS data, including approvals and reporting.
• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires and IT provisioning.
• Manage contractor lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and records.
• Support immigration case processing and keep timelines.
• Maintain internal HR wiki and update processes.
• Support the recognition program logistics and cadence.
