Job summary

Anchorage Digital in the United States is seeking an experienced HR/People Generalist to anchor employee journeys from offer to next chapters, including onboarding, offboarding, and mobility.

You’ll own lifecycle operations across HRIS, payroll, benefits, and immigration logistics, partner with cross-functional teams, and uphold data privacy in a regulated crypto-banking environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR or People Generalist experience in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms and a strong sense of ownership.
• Familiar with immigration, total rewards, and data privacy in a regulated environment.
