Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks an HR Business Partner to provide HR generalist support to a large hourly population and business leaders. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and internal customer service using data-driven insights and HR metrics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience preferred.
Experience leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training, and talent management.
2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience in operations, customer service, retail, distribution, or similar.

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and ensuring fair policy application.
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive site-level improvements.
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and complex employee relations.
Partner with leaders to ensure equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
