Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations onsite at an Amazon facility. You’ll build partnerships, coach leaders, and drive employee engagement using data-driven HR practices.

The role emphasizes standard work execution, relationship-building, and timely issue resolution, with a focus on employee experience and HR operational excellence. Ideal candidates have relevant HR experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with 1-year human resources general experience or equivalent experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences (explaining processes, addressing concerns, providing guidance)
• Degree in HR, Management, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in customer service or people-facing roles with strong communication skills
• Data-driven decision making and analytical thinking
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas)
• Ability to train and guide others in HR technologies and digital platforms
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience building partnerships across teams and autonomy in work
• Sound judgement in ambiguous situations
• Understanding of HR processes and policies
• Problem-solving and resourcefulness

Responsibilities

• Execute programs to support positive employee experience and culture
• Maintain SLAs and document HR processes consistently
• Respond to inquiries, resolve or escalate employee matters
• Manage feedback channels and assist in resolving issues
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement and performance conversations
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives
• Track HR data (attrition, attendance, hiring) and prepare insights
• Promote self-service HR tools and identify adoption improvements
