Job summary

Amazon, based in the United States, is seeking an HR Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) operations across site operations. The role focuses on employee experience, engagement, leadership development and HR operational excellence, building partnerships and coaching leaders on PXT practices.

You will gain experience with data-driven HR insights, and help develop core HR capabilities to support career growth within Amazon’s PXT organization.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic communication skills.
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, maintain documentation of HR processes.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve or escalate employee matters with discretion.
• Assist in running feedback channels and track follow-up with senior PXT members.
• Coach frontline leaders on engagement, recognition, and performance conversations.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives, coordinating logistics and gathering feedback.
• Track PXT data (attrition, attendance, hiring, sentiment) and prepare insights for reviews.
• Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify gaps.
