Responsibilities

• Be a Trusted HR Partner, advising leaders on employee relations and company policies.
• Independently conduct workplace investigations and document findings.
• Visit Coastal locations regularly to connect with frontline employees.
• Analyze turnover and attendance to propose improvements.
• Support onboarding, changes, performance documentation, and separations.
• Ensure consistent HR practices and compliance company-wide.
