Job summary

Mister Car Wash is seeking an HR Business Partner to support our field operations and company-wide HR initiatives. You will work closely with regional leaders, providing front-line HR support and guidance on employee relations, performance management, and training programs.

The role requires travel up to 50% to various locations, ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies while driving people metrics and program implementation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience handling HR fundamentals, compliance, recruitment, employee relations and training.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations including state and federal regulations regarding employment practices.

Responsibilities

• Partner with regional leaders to provide front line HR support.
• Guide managers and employees on HR concerns including performance management.
• Deliver formal and informal training on HR topics.
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Travel regularly to locations to support local leaders.
• Respond to employee relations issues with guidance from General Counsel as needed.
• Develop, implement, and manage people related metric reporting.
• Coordinate with Comp & Benefits to implement programs.
• Maintain professional knowledge through meetings and industry publications.
