LHH is seeking a People Business Partner to support multiple locations across a regional footprint. You will act as a trusted HR advisor to business leaders, driving employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, compliance, and workforce planning.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive HR experience with significant HR Business Partner responsibilities.
Strong background in employee relations, investigations, performance management, accommodations, and leave administration.
Experience advising and influencing leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance.
Experience supporting large, frontline employee populations.
Ability and willingness to travel regularly.

Responsibilities

Partner with leaders on employee relations, performance management, investigations, accommodations, and leave administration.
Provide coaching and guidance on HR policies, employment law, and people-related challenges.
Conduct workplace investigations and recommend appropriate actions.
Support workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational initiatives.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations.
Collaborate with operational leaders and on-site administrative teams.
Travel regularly to support assigned locations.
