Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an HR Partner for its PXT team to support site HR operations and employee experience on-site at an Amazon facility. The role emphasizes program execution, mentorship of leaders, and data-driven HR practices.

You will build partnerships, handle sensitive information, and drive engagement initiatives while partnering with Operations to foster a safe and inclusive workplace. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required along with strong communication

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience with HR experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

Support a positive employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations
Execute standard work with quality and timeliness, meeting SLAs and documenting HR interactions
Respond to inquiries and resolve employee matters with discretion and professionalism
Assist in managing feedback channels and engagement activities to improve employee experience
Coach frontline leaders on engagement, retention, and effective use of HR tools
Support site-level engagement, communication, and culture-building initiatives and logistics
Track PXT data and prepare insights for site reviews and discussions
Promote self-service tools to resolve routine questions and identify improvement opportunities
