The role requires 3+ years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, strong communication, and proficiency with Google Workspace.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Google Suite preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead onboarding and new hire orientation for day 1 readiness.
• Support employee engagement projects and manage multiple initiatives.
• Coordinate global mobility immigration, visa and transfers to the US Houston office.
• Contribute to a high-performance culture through training and resources.
• Assist talent management decisions and schedule training sessions.
• Plan and execute employee recognition programs and events.
• Conduct one-on-one check-ins and gather feedback for improvements.
