Qualifications

• Experience designing or improving employee experience programs, onboarding, engagement, or listening initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate feedback into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience creating reports and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve onboarding end-to-end for new hires.
• Lead employee listening initiatives and deliver timely insights to leaders.
• Analyze feedback and program data to identify trends and opportunities for engagement and retention.
• Design scalable processes and automate communications and workflows.
