Job summary

Hollingsworth & Vose is seeking an HR Talent Experience Coordinator to join the Global HR Talent Management team. You will shape the employee experience from interview to ongoing development, supporting Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and organizational talent initiatives through hands-on coordination and data-driven analysis.

The role offers exposure to learning management, onboarding, employer branding, and cross-functional projects across global locations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HR, learning & development, talent development, or a related field.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS), including reporting and user management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the LMS—build courses, enroll learners, send communications, maintain records, run reports.
• Plan, schedule and publish e-learning content and learning campaigns.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, background checks, and offer letters; support onboarding.
• Coordinate events, programs and culture initiatives to bring EVP and employer brand to life.
• Create and maintain engaging content for HR intranet and employee channels.
• Design surveys and evaluate learning data to improve programs.
• Support additional projects on employee engagement and performance management.
• Assist in growing learning programs and collaborating with subject matter experts.
