Job summary

TS Conductor, a fast-growing company focused on reducing the carbon footprint, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to drive a high-performing learning culture by implementing top-tier programs and systems.

You will handle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, training, HR analytics, KPIs, SOPs, and ensure compliance with EEO/ADA while maintaining an effective HRIS and fostering a safe, inclusive workplace aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in HR coordination or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, programs and procedures.
• Experience with HRIS/ATS and compliance requirements.
• Ability to analyze data and report on HR KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain HRIS records and ensure accuracy of employee data.
• Develop and monitor HR KPIs, analytics, and SOPs.
• Advise management on HR questions and policy interpretation.
• Assist with compensation, benefits enrollment, and compliance reporting.
• Support safety, diversity, and learning culture initiatives.
