Hollingsworth & Vose Company in East Walpole, MA, is seeking an HR Talent Experience Coordinator to join our Global HR Talent Management team in a hybrid role. You will support Learning & Development, Talent Acquisition, and organizational talent initiatives through hands-on coordination, projects, and data-driven analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in HR, learning & development, or related field.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) including reporting and user management is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Help administer and maintain H&V’s LMS, including building and updating courses, managing learner enrollments, sending communications, maintaining training records, and running reports.
• Plan, schedule, and publish e-learning content and learning campaigns to build employee skills.
• Coordinate interview scheduling, background checks, offer letters, and onboarding experiences for new hires.
• Coordinate events, programs, and culture initiatives to bring Employer Value Proposition to life for candidates and employees.
• Create and maintain engaging content for HR intranet and other employee channels.
• Design surveys and evaluation tools, analyze feedback and learning data, and prepare reports to improve programs.
• Support initiatives on employee engagement and performance management.

As HR Talent Experience Coordinator, you’ll join H&V’s Global HR Talent Management team and help shape the employee experience, from a candidate’s first interview to an employee’s ongoing learning and development.
