Harrison.ai is seeking a Senior People Experience Lead for the US team to partner with the Chief People Officer. This senior generalist role oversees the full employee lifecycle, drives strategy, and coaches the People Experience team in a fast-growing AI-enabled healthcare environment.

The US role requires multi-state employment expertise and a track record of partnering with executives to implement scalable people programs, policies, and initiatives across a remote, squad-based organisation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years generalist HR/People experience, in a senior or lead capacity.
• US-based, multi‑state employment experience across employee relations, compliance, benefits and leave.
• Experience supporting clinicians (radiologists, physicians or other licensed clinicians) in health settings or telehealth.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders to shape and deliver people strategy.
• Deep, hands-on expertise across the full employee lifecycle: talent, performance, remuneration, engagement and ER.
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills; building capability without direct management authority.
• Sound judgement handling complex, confidential people matters and prioritising across a three‑day week.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the US people vision with the Chief People Officer.
• Provide end-to-end generalist support across the US employee lifecycle.
• Advise US squad leads and managers on people matters, including difficult conversations and team health.
• Own and improve US people programmes, policies, and multi-state employment compliance.
• Coordinate with Credentialing, Licensing & Privileging Manager and recruitment to align processes.
• Coach and mentor the People Experience team and peers in other squads.
• Leverage data and insights to identify trends and drive decisions.
• Champion Harrison.ai's culture and values across the distributed US team.
• Handle sensitive employee-relations matters with discretion and escalation as needed.
