The role requires 2+ years in HR or admin fields, an Associate degree, and strong communication with discretion in handling confidential information in a healthcare setting. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of HR, administrative, or related experience.
• PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates employee experience services including onboarding and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates office administrative support with strong customer service.
• Supports hiring managers with interview prep and new hire orientation.
• Assists with policies, training, and strategic HR planning.
• Manages employee events, wellness programs, and tuition reimbursement.
