Job summary

AdventHealth in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking an HR professional to support employee experience services, onboarding, regulatory compliance, and key HR projects. You will coordinate office administration with strong customer service, promote our human resources operating model, and assist with new hire orientation.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage performance processes, support compensation and wellness programs, and help with policy research and training.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) [Required]
  • Working knowledge of HR disciplines applicable for assigned duties [Required]

Responsibilities

Job Description:

Facilitates employee experience services, including onboarding, regulatory compliance, and key human resources projects. Coordinates office administrative support with excellent customer service skills, promoting the human resources operating model. Assists with research for policies, training, strategic planning, and other human resource issues. Oversees the employee badge administration process, ensuring compliance. Partners with related departments in workforce planning and organizational design meetings, conducting initial consultations and managing follow-up activities. Supports hiring managers with interview preparation and serves as a liaison for candidate and new hire experience components. Tracks compliance with performance management processes and manages separation of work processes, including exit interviews. Supports special compensation programs, employee wellness program administration, and tuition reimbursement programs. Manages and supports employee events, projects, and communication, including service awards programs, job fairs, and open enrollment events. Consults and supports managers on human resources compliance and regulatory requirements, participating in policy recommendation and revision. Serves as a change agent for operating model and strategic initiatives, acting as a super user for human resources technology systems and processes. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Associates degree and 2+ years of experienceOR
  • High School Grad or Equivalent and 4+ years of experience.
Licenses and Certifications

  • SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$45,656.00 - $84,905.60
