Job summary
1103 Team Member Services is seeking an HR Generalist to facilitate onboarding, regulatory compliance, and key HR projects at our Riverview, FL facility. You will coordinate administrative support with strong customer service, and lead local HR programs including orientation and employee engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities include policy research, training, governance, badge administration, and collaboration with departments on workforce planning.
Qualifications
- Associate degree is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred for advancement.
- Field of study in HR or business is desired.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate onboarding, regulatory compliance, and HR projects.
- Coordinate office administration with strong customer service.
- Lead local HR programs, employee engagement, and orientation.
- Support policy research, training, and strategic planning.
- Oversee employee badge administration and compliance.
- Assist managers with interviews and candidate experience.
- Monitor performance management processes and exits.
- Support compensation, wellness, and tuition reimbursement programs.
- Coordinate events, awards, and open enrollment activities.
- Act as a change agent for HR operating model and systems.
