Job summary

AdventHealth in Wesley Chapel, FL is seeking an HR professional to support employee experience services, onboarding, regulatory compliance, and key HR projects. You will coordinate office administration with strong customer service, promote our human resources operating model, and assist with new hire orientation.

You will collaborate with hiring managers, manage performance processes, support compensation and wellness programs, and help with policy research and training.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) [Required]
• Working knowledge of HR disciplines applicable for assigned duties [Required]
• Professional, excellent oral and written communication skills [Required]
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills [Required]
• Ability to handle confidential matters with maximum discretion [Required]

Responsibilities

• Facilitate employee experience services including onboarding and orientation.
• Coordinate office administrative support with excellent customer service skills, promoting the HR operating model.
• Lead HR programs and initiatives at a local level, such as employee engagement and recognition events.
• Support hiring managers with interview preparation and serve as a liaison for candidate and new hire experience components.
• Track compliance with performance management processes and manage separation of work processes, including exit interviews.
• Support special compensation programs, employee wellness program administration, and tuition reimbursement programs.
