AdventHealth in Davenport, FL is seeking an experienced HR professional to support employee experience services, onboarding, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives at a local level. You will coordinate administrative support, enhance customer service, and help manage the human resources operating model.

The role partners with managers on policy, training, and workforce planning, supports interviews and new-hire experience, and drives engagement events, recognition programs, and open enrollment

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Working knowledge of or aptitude to learn HR disciplines applicable for assigned duties.
• Professional, excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle confidential matters with maximum discretion.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates employee experience services, including onboarding and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinates office administrative support with excellent customer service.
• Leads HR programs and initiatives at a local level, such as engagement events and new hire orientation.
• Supports hiring managers with interview preparation and candidate experience.
• Tracks compliance with performance management processes and manages separations.
