Newfields is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to design, coordinate, and enhance programs that foster an engaging, inclusive workplace. This role partners with leaders to improve engagement, culture, onboarding, and recognition while supporting performance management and a positive employee experience.

The position emphasizes collaboration with the HR team to promote retention, wellbeing, and professional growth across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, OD, Business Admin, or related field.
• 1–2 years in HR, employee engagement, OD, or talent management.
• Experience coordinating projects and events.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate New Employee Orientation and onboarding through the first 90 days.
• Lead employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs.
• Assist with performance management timelines, communications, and documentation.
• Develop employee communications and maintain HR intranet resources.
• Support onboarding, stay interviews, exit interviews, and turnover analysis.
• Coordinate internal learning opportunities and LMS training.
