• Experience with Microsoft Office applications and Canva
• Experience with Qualtrics and Motivosity preferred

• Develops scalable frameworks, success measures, and analytics to evaluate impact.
• Strengthens culture, belonging, and alignment with company values.
• Provides strategic leadership to teams and business leaders on engagement and culture initiatives.
• Partners with leaders to embed culture throughout the employee lifecycle.
