Job summary

Envestnet is seeking a strategic Employee Experience & Communications partner to shape employee communications, engagement efforts and listening programs across the organization. You will partner with leaders to translate insights into actions that improve awareness, belonging and performance.

You’ll drive storytelling, material creation, events, and metrics that inform senior leadership and energize teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Marketing or related field.
• Experience managing employee engagement initiatives, employee surveys and recognition programs.
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Writes, edits and finalizes all aspects of Employee Experience & Communications material.
• Engages with leaders to understand initiatives and communications requirements.
• Develops material that clearly communicates the intended message across channels.
• Plans and ensures participation in internal events.
• Monitors communications effectiveness metrics and recommends improvements.
• Owns enterprise employee listening activities and analyzes feedback for leadership action.
• Develops global programs to strengthen culture, belonging and engagement.
• Manages regional and global employee events and town halls with energy and operational excellence.
• Develops dashboards, reports and metrics on employee engagement for leadership.
